Friday
- 6pm: The Halifax Mooseheads and P.E.I. Rocket meet in a Quebec league match at the Metro Centre.
- 10pm: The Seahorse rocks out with Writers Strike, Jenocide and The Sensibles.
Saturday
- 7pm–10pm: The Dalhousie Swing Dance Society (which welcomes people from outside the Dal community), offers free lessons for beginners and “Tricks & Dips” classes for everyone else. Shoes aren’t permitted on the dance floor, so wear your nice socks.
- 8:30pm: Yuk Yuk’s on Hollis Street features comics Paul Haywood, Brian Aylward and Catherine Robertson.
Sunday
- 2pm and 7:30pm: It’s your last day to see The Jungle Book at Neptune Theatre.
- 9pm: The Carleton hosts the Young River CD release, with Carmel Mikol, John Gill and Rosie MacKenzie. Tickets are $10, and this show would be helluva deal at four times that.
