Symphony Nova Scotia and Canada’s Ballet Jörgen present Coppélia

April 12 @ 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Experience one of the world’s oldest and best-loved ballets live in Halifax with Symphony Nova Scotia and Canada’s Ballet Jörgen! Coppélia tells the funny, fantastical tale of an eccentric toymaker and his greatest creation – a beautiful dancing doll so lifelike that it causes an uproar in its small village. With clever, witty choreography and a bright, lighthearted score by French ballet master Léo Delibes, this merry tale of love, life, and mistaken identity is an enchanting experience that will delight young and old alike.

“The entire Jörgen company fills the stage with such exquisite life you are swept along for an entertaining ride… A spirited and memorable production of Coppélia – I loved every moment of it.”
– Gary Smith, Hamilton Spectator
